Refund policy

AcroDance Festival South Africa provides festival registration and competition-entry services. We do not sell physical goods through this store, so no items need to be returned.

Changes, withdrawals and cancellations

To request a correction, substitution, withdrawal or cancellation, contact us at cdadancestudio@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your studio name and order or entry reference. Requests are reviewed individually in accordance with the published festival rules, commitments already made for the event, and applicable law. We will confirm in writing whether any refund or credit applies.

Festival changes or cancellation

If we cancel an event or materially change it, affected customers will be contacted with the available options. These may include a transfer, credit or refund, as appropriate and as required by applicable law.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
